🤝 Mutual Matching: a match has to work for both of you
A match is now checked from BOTH sides. For Significant Other, Friends, Activity buddy, Camping buddy and Travel buddy Quests, you're only introduced when you fit their Quest and they fit yours. Open My Matching Quests in Settings to choose which of your Quests speaks for you, and who the other person should be looking for. You can also switch off a kind of connection you're not interested in.

🙏 A kind way to say "thank you, but not this one"
On a conversation, there is now a "Thank you, but you're not what I'm looking for" button. It pauses the conversation and sends the other person a gentle note explaining that the site compared both Quests and they didn't match up, so nobody is left waiting. You see exactly what they will read before it is sent.

📋 Jump to your Quests from the dashboard
At the bottom of Saved Quests on your dashboard there's now a 📋 Go to my Quests page button, so you can see all your Quests in one tap. We also fixed the Saved Quests and Trending Questions boxes so they stay inside the screen on a phone.

📋 Find everything you've sent in My Feedback
Wondering where your feedback went? There's now a 📋 My Feedback button at the top of the Send Feedback page, your Settings page and your Notifications page. It opens one page that lists your suggested questions, suggested answers and all the feedback you've sent, and what our team decided.

🧭 The Quests page puts what you use most first
On the Quests page, your Quests, Quick Start Templates, My Saved Quests and the box for starting a new Quest now line up with the one you use most at the top. It learns from how you use the page, so the order shifts over time.

🤐 Your answers stay yours
When someone sends you an Ice Breaker (the questions in the Ice Breakers section of a conversation), your answer is never shared with them unless you choose to share it. If you already answered that question, you'll see your answer and can tap Yes, share it, or Choose not to share right now. Either way, your answer on the site doesn't change. It works the same in the app.

🔔 We'll tell you when a question leaves your Quest
Sometimes we retire a question, or replace it with a reworded version. If one of your Quests uses it, we'll take it out of that Quest and send you a notice so you can pick a replacement. If that leaves a live Quest with fewer than 3 questions of its own, it goes inactive and we tell you that too. Nothing is deleted: add questions and tap Go Live to turn it back on.

💬 All your connections in one place
Tap 💬 at the top of any page to open My Connections: everyone you're connecting with, one card each. Orange cards (✋ your turn) are waiting on you, yellow ones (⏳) are waiting on them, and the number on 💬 shows how many need you. Each card has buttons for Ice Breakers, a 🔔 nudge, and open chat.

🗑️ Delete an open chat from your list
You can now delete an open chat from your own list. The other person keeps their copy, and if they write to you again it comes back.

⏸️ Pause a conversation for now
Need a break from a conversation? Tap ⏸️ Pause convo for now. Nothing is deleted: it moves to ⏸️ On pause on My Connections, the other person gets a gentle note, and either of you can tap ▶️ Start talking again any time.

🔕 At most 5 new-question notices a day
The site now sends you at most 5 "Would you be interested in…?" and "Someone who is a good fit for you answered…" notices a day, so your notifications stay easy to read. Questions from your Quests, from people you're connecting with, and nudges don't count toward the 5.

📬 No more 20-notification limit
The limit of 20 notifications is gone, so new matches and questions are no longer blocked by a full inbox. You can still delete any notification you're done with.

🧹 Your notifications stay tidy
Wondering where a notification went? When you tap Interested on a match, or connect back with someone, that notification now leaves My Notifications and the person moves to 💬 My Connections, with everyone else you're getting to know. Your notifications stay uncluttered, and your people are all in one place.

🖼️ Profile pictures show the right way up in the app
If your profile picture looked upside down or sideways in the Android app but fine on the website, that's fixed. Update the app and it will show the right way up.

💬 Open chat starts when you both say yes
Open chat is now opt-in on both sides. Tap Ready to open chat? and the other person can answer Yes, let's chat or Not yet. Nothing opens until you both say yes.

👫 How many women and men are here
The Nomad Pulse box on your dashboard now shows how many women and men have joined, among the nomads who've told us. Haven't said yet? Tap Female or Male right there, so the people you're looking for can find you too.

🗺️ Easier-to-read match colors on the Nomad Map
The dots on the Nomad Map have new colors: green (and gently pulsing) for a 75%+ match, orange for 50–74%, yellow for 25–49%, and grey below that. A white dot with a ? means there's no match score yet. The % now shows one decimal, like 61.9%. Same on the website and in the app.

🗑️ Deleting your account is easier
Settings → Delete Account now has two clear buttons: Delete in 14 days (you can change your mind until then) or Delete right now. Typing delete, Delete or DELETE all work, and the button stays faint until the word is typed.

☁️ Smoke Signal, explained
Smoke Signal is your safety net for solo travel and remote hikes: pick a daily check-in time and a few people you trust. Miss your check-in and they're alerted automatically, with your last known location if you've shared one. Set it up from your dashboard.

🔔 Camp Fires: fewer, better notices
No more "someone pulled up a chair" notices or emails. You now keep a chair at every Camp Fire you can come into, so you hear when someone actually posts there: a new topic, a reply, or a new question. Don't want notices from one? Open it and tap "Stop keeping a chair".

🌹 Significant other quests: say who you're looking for
When your Quest is for a significant other, you now pick "looking for a woman" or "looking for a man", and only people who fit are shown as matches. Made a significant-other Quest before? Open it and tap "not picked yet — tap to choose one" to pick a side.

💡 Suggest a question right from your Quest
Can't find the question your Quest needs? There's now a 💡 Suggest a question button at the bottom of every Quest page. Suggest it and we'll add it.

⏳ Quests stay fresh
A live Quest now stays live for 30 days from the last time you opened it. Four days before, we'll remind you: just tap your Quest to keep it live for another 30 days. If it isn't opened in 30 days it becomes inactive (it stops matching and stops sending its questions to new people). Nothing is deleted, and Go Live turns it back on.

🧭 Save as many Quests as you like
Your plan now counts ACTIVE Quests, not saved ones. Save as many Quests as you like; your plan sets how many can be active at once (the Plans page shows the number). To switch, make one inactive and tap Go Live on another.

🚀 Make a Quest live to see who matches
A Quest that isn't live yet now shows how many Tribe members match it. Make it live to see their match cards and reach out to them — and to hear whenever someone new matches.

🗂️ Camp Fire topics fold up
Camp Fire pages are much shorter now, especially on a phone. Each topic folds up to just its question — tap ▸ Show to read the conversation. Topics with something you haven't seen yet open by themselves and show only the new replies, with "Show earlier replies" above them. In the app, opening a topic with new replies works the same way.

✕ Remove old Smoke Signal check-ins
On your Smoke Signal page, tap the ✕ at the end of any past check-in in Recent Check-In Locations to remove it (and its location). Today's check-in stays, so your contacts aren't alerted by mistake.

📬 See how full your notification inbox is
Your Notifications page now shows how many notifications you have out of 20, and warns you when it's almost full. A full inbox means other members can't send you new messages, questions or connection requests — so delete the ones you're done with.

🔥 See who asked each Camp Fire question
Every question in a Camp Fire's question list now shows who added it — by the alias that person uses in THAT Camp Fire. Everyone has a different alias in each Camp Fire, so it never gives away who they are.

🤷 Skipping a question is clearer
After you skip, we now tell you exactly when it comes back (like "Tuesday, 11/3/2026"), and "Never ever ask me again" asks you first. Changed your mind? Answer it any time from Your Skipped Questions.

📎 Send us a screenshot from the app
The app's Feedback screen can now attach up to 3 screenshots or photos — the easiest way to show us what you see.

⛺ New: Camping buddy
Looking for someone to camp near, for company and safety? Pick ⛺ Camping buddy as your quest's connection type.

🤝 See what kind of connection someone wants
Every quest now says what it's for — Friends, Activity buddy, Camping buddy, Travel buddy or Significant other — so when someone wants to connect, you know what you're connecting on. Their quest's name still stays private. Your Quests and Saved Quests pages show each quest's type too — and nudge you to pick one if you haven't.
